Park your vehicle as soon as you see the dam, then exit and drop down the ladder to reach the part. On the far east side of the map, around the middle, is the Ron Alternates Wind Farm. The part is sitting out in the open near several huge concrete drainage pipes, on the northern end of the reservoir. The part is south of the main vineyard building near the top of the hill. Head there to find a spaceship part hanging out atop one of the sets of rocks. Southeast of the previous part is a series of rocky islands. You might need a helicopter or a blimp to reach this part, but it is possible to get there by foot. The part is hidden on a very narrow ledge near a level area on the middle strata of the mountain. Head north from Paleto Bay, and you will see a farm. Head inside to find the part, lying on the ground just inside the cave entrance.
