Malabar is a family business that is based in Saint-Paul since It started out as two young brothers, Eric and Bruno, arrived in the village thirty years ago with a passion for food and a plan to run a restaurant together. Bruno in the kitchen and Eric in the service. After a few years, Bruno went back to his home city, Bordeaux, to start a new career path and Eric took his place in the kitchen. Having no experience whatsoever in the cooking department, he spent hours researching recipes and trying new things. This is how a new passion was born.
