Since I did most of these back in Legion Not all Specs but did more than 10 since I had a level capped decently geared toon for every class back then! There's a few specs that really struggle with current kits, at least when I did these a few weeks back, but every class has at least one spec that's doable. I did spriest and marks hunter at 69, ele sham and sub rogue at 70, the other classes I did back in SLands. A blacksmith had to be made available to create these devices to the exact specifications provided by the Conjurers. Khadgar noticed several great towers springing from the streets of Stormwind City while flying over it, though he couldn't know if they were universities or granaries.
