We have been going to Maestral for 5 years now and have hardly missed a week sometimes twice a week. Whole fish and other seafood cooked to perfection. Steaks to die for. Moderate prices for top quality food. The dining experience Maestral Seafood was pleasant and warm. The seafood was extremely fresh overall and the dishes were plated beautifully. Pricier than other restaurants in the area but I think the food was worth it. The seafood risotto and Maestral oyster were our favourites. The kingfish looked plain at first but it was cooked to perfection and nicely seasoned. The only thing we could fault was the prosciutto on the scallops being overwhelmingly salty but the scallop itself was great.
