I ordered flowers on September 26, they arrived after a week, I emailed twice what was happening because the flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, I received a reply that the flowers were coming by royal mail and I had to wait 2 business days even though they were supposed to be delivered the next day. After a week, the flowers ended up in the trash, they were no longer suitable for anything.
