The Long Beach Aquatics Federation is an independent aquatics club organized as to promote development of aquatics sports water polo and competitive swimming in Long Long beach polo club, California. Through the programs operated by its highly qualified coaching staff, the Federation will serve youth, high school, and adult water polo players and swimmers, providing them with a venue and opportunity to participate in the sports of water polo and swimming year-round, long beach polo club. The existing Long Beach High School water polo and swim programs will continue to operate during their respective regular CIF high school seasons. In order to be able to practice and play in games during the club season athletes must be current members of USA Water Polo.

We are NOT a swim school and athletes must have strong basic swimming skills before joining. Athletes will gain skills that prepare them for any aquatic activity and water safety. When athletes are ready, they will be invited to move up to the club level.

We are using a public VHF marine band channel for the refs to report scores and can advise the Lifeguard Staff which channel that is in order for them to monitor in case of emergency. In addition, we have a PA system for announcements and the usual Hawaiian Reggae mostly!

As a boutique competitive swim club, our training is geared towards achieving maximum strength and avoiding injury.
