Monday, April 24th, PM. I have been unable to access my att. I had not changed my password or made any changes on any of my devices. On April 17, I was prompted on my phone to re-enter my credentials. I did as instructed, my password was accepted, and I received a notification text. This behavior occurs on my phone browser, my laptop browser, using the Outlook app on my phone and laptop. I have also tried to log in on several other devices in which I have never used this email and I get the same behavior.

I was told it would be a five day week, I checked bag today and was told it would be an eight day wait until I was contacted. I am having the same issue. I have been unable to access my att. Then I have to click on the sign in box all over again. Sometimes login issues can be browser specific. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then try logging in again. If you are using Internet Explorer 10 or prior please update your browser to a newer version in order to continue using all community features.
