Great downtown restaurants, FREE parking! Karaoke Wednesday night Open mic jam on Thursday night Hosted jam on Sunday evening Super busy but food and beer are worth the wait. Want to skip wait, go early in week for lunch. Good good, good drinks, good service and the Sharks on big screen.

One street in Livermore puts on a massive display for Halloween each year with many houses staging elaborate decorations. And, we all spend a lot of time preparing. The catalyst for this neighborly cathartic endeavor is retired mechanical engineer John Staton. His obsession with creating Halloween masterpieces includes pirate ships, haunted houses, and X-Wing fighters. This year, the jewel of the 23 house block, is the Barbie House. So he began the month-long weekend work to construct the two-story pink place in front of his own place on Winding Stream Drive.

Movie Show-time line: Office Line: More people enjoy the independent films, live sporting events and classic films — so much more quality content than the normal movie house. Having multiple owners through the years, the Vine always managed to keep its doors open, even during the lean times. And on Tuesdays and Thursdays the crowds really came down for 2 for 1 nights! In , the Vine Center was sold and remodeled, and the Vine Cinema was bought by its current owners and operators. The Vine went through an extensive remodel in , with the marquee being the single biggest change. This gorgeous new sign now sets the Vine Cinema apart from other theatres that do not even feature a marquee.
