I would not hesitate to order from Litfab again - they are far less than their competitors and their merchandise is top quality. They advertise products and charge full price but what you actually get is broken and damaged goods delivered, they won't give you a refund, this company is a joke and they scam you out of you're hard working cash. Please avoid this company, I'm now in touch with trading standards and my solicitor as this company needs to be stopped. Totally scam. Do not shop from this website. I deeply suspect whether they are a legitimate company. Feel like they should not be allowed to do business here. Their online return policies are posted but are totally ignored by the customer service.

I asked them to provide me with the delivery company contact details so I can contact them, they never provided me with it, I tried finding the delivery company details online emailed them as I couldn't find their number, until today 31s December no response. I went back to litfad asking for further details, they simply stated, "your item was delivered at the address provided and there is nothing further they can do" They sent me some sort of proof of delivery with a picture of a box left some where unfamiliar to me and a line as a form of signature, I went around to all 10 blocks of flats around my area and no one received the parcel. We requested a full refund not a replacement and they said they would send the broken piece. This is a full scam.

They arrived w no instructions so u cant tell if anythg is missing. They are not interested in sorting out your issues instead they are resorting to offering discounts for you to keep products that are worthless and useless basically trying to bribe you to keeping their products. Cheap products, they wanted me to pay the shipping to return and get a refund. They sent a notification that it needed to be inspected for damage and missing parts within first 48 hours.
