From start to finish my experience was just amazing! Lifetime had heard that I was getting ready for the Mudderella Challenge this August and wanted to help me train. I was excited to try out the facility as I have heard great things, there are three main things that I noticed while I was there. I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. We have all been to a gym where it was just so dirty that the thought of taking off your shoes made you squirm. From the washrooms, to the studios, to the pool and gym floors. It makes it a lot safer during covid, and this place is five stars in my books! And I love the fact they have cleaners stationed inside at all hours in the men's change room.
