Both of my LG A9 vacuum batteries have stopped working, I find it odd that both batteries are not charging. I've checked the voltages and both are at 2. The ease of use over a corded vacuum more than makes up for the small dust compartment. Just a word of warning: I've had 2 batteries go dead on me with this model. Both replaced under warranty. I've realised that keeping the second battery in the 2nd charge slot while only using the first battery may have led to it dying.
