Teleport back to the Erdtree Sanctuary site and continue your exploration of the capital. This one drops you into a large chamber with a Revenant. Keep heading down the corridors and down the ladders and stairs until you reach a long tunnel full of Giant Rats, and be ready to block or dodge their lunging attacks, though most won't attack too quickly.
