Here is my latest and largest town MOC. I've loved the modular series ever since Cafe Corner and I've always wanted to do my own.

What kept throwing me off was that Chris kept saying that this was the 19th modular, which made me think OMG, we're almost at the 20th anniversary. But it's still a long way.
