Lego Masters is an Australian reality television show based on the British series of the same name in which teams compete to build the best Lego project. The series premiered on 28 April on Nine Network. Auditions for the series opened in June , although no network had commissioned it at that time. Filming would take place between October and December. Due to the success of the series, in May the series was renewed for a second season, which was filmed in and aired in Auditions for the third season opened in May , asking for applicants 15 years old and above. In April , Nine Network renewed the series for a fourth and fifth season, with Hamish Blake set to return as host for both.

In a world first, the winners and top teams from previous seasons — plus a new wildcard duo — will face off to determine the best of the best. Season Four winners These brothers from Newcastle are known for their creature builds such as dragons, monsters and dinosaurs, and recall their Grand Final build in Season Four as their greatest creation. A new Grand Brick is also introduced to the competition, keeping the team who win it safe from an elimination episode. The team with the highest score for the first three builds wins the Grand Brick initially and has immunity in the first elimination episode. The Grand Brick is then up for the taking for every episode following. But the contestants will never know when an elimination is coming. The Brick Pit has expanded to approximately 4 million bricks this season.
