The choreography was fabulous, the music was jamming and the vibe was super fun. More like dancing on a bike! Rush Cycle and all who work there not only have changed me physically but spiritually and emotionally as well by teaching me to love embrace and love the journey. At Rush, I've found a whole fitness family that not just pushes you to your limits but pushes you to become a kinder person, a more acceptable of the person you are and the person you're able to become outside that dark glowy room! Highly recommend to anyone!! Out of all the fitness classes I've done in my lifetime it is definitely one of the most challenging classes that never gets old no matter how many times you come a week.
