Horrible service.

My experience with this place was absolutely terrible.. Prices for parts are also a lot higher than other shops. I wouldnt step foot in to this place again and their doors need to close for good. I had an excellent experience. Nick was very courteous and friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong with my mower and patiently delivered a crash course in fuel management and conditioning.

Took my snowblower to Nicks for its first tune-up. He said they dont fix pressure washer components, just the engines. Found them to be extremely rude, constantly lawn mower repair oakville over me when I was trying to understand charges.

I would never recommend this company to anyone and would suggest you stay clear of them. Great and friendly service, they educated me about how to properly treat my equipment and store it. I got a phone call from Nick himself said that it starts fine and he didnt know why I brought it in so I explained it to him with the whole story about the previous demonstration to his staff member. Two days later, Nick telephoned to say that the machine was ready, but that it still ran a little rough when it was cold. Would recommend them for anyone's small engine needs.
