Price and Maroun prosecute a cult leader over the death of one of her cultists, only to have difficulty proving that the supposed cult leader leader committed any specific criminal misdeeds. This difficulty is compounded when the prosecutors discover that the 'leader' may in fact be just another coerced subordinate, and that the real cult boss may be even harder to connect to the victim's death. Bittersweet Ending : Due to Elfont's death, Davis's plea agreement is pulled and she is sentenced to twelve years in prison.
