Remove drain plug from bottom of the engine while engine is still somewhat warm allow plenty of time for engine to cool down so that oil is not hot to drain oil into oil pan. Put drain plug back in when oil has drained. Fill with new oil to the upper groove of the dispstick. Oil Capacity: Filter exchanged: 3. Remove air cleaner cover and primary filter. I did a few searches online and here and did't find much telling me either way to go with Kubota oil or another brand. Would flushing this trans with diesel be a bad thing? We bought it used and have really no idea how well it was kept up before. I figure a flush couldn't hurt anything.

Take drain plug out of bottom of transmission case and drain oil Clean metal filings off of magnetic drain plug Put drain plug back in Take of rear guard and hose guard Remove both oil filters Apply a small amount of clean transmission oil to the rubber seal of the new filter Tighten filter quickly until it touches the mounting surface Tighten filter one more turn, using a filter wrench Refill transmission oil Run engine for a few minutes, stop, and refill transmission fluid as needed Ensure that transmission fluid does not leak through filter seals Reattach rear guard.
