My mother has been in Kelso Pines for over 5 months and has had a faulty toilet and loose trim and bathroom since she moved in. I have repeatedly asked to have them repaired with no results. The bedroom window was broken. Paint peeling, carpets stained and the smell was stomach turning. My dog has stayed in better kept kennels than this home supposedly made for human beings.
