Like the other Kamado Joe models, this comes with folding side shelves also to provide you with enough space to prep and serve your dishes whilst being able to fold away for easy storage. It's large cooking surface allows you to cook multiple dishes at once and the different cooking levels means you can use direct and indirect cooking at the same time. Kamado Joe warrants all ceramic parts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the user. Additionally, Kamado Joe grills feature a five 5 year warranty on metal parts, a three 3 year warranty on the heat deflector, and a one 1 year warranty on the thermometer and gaskets. This warranty is active from the date of original purchase and covers only the original purchaser.
