Took my truck in for oil change and fuel filter took 2. These guys are very good at their customer service. I drive past all others in Grande Prairie to get to these guys. They will do everything they can to ensure that you are happy. After years of 5 star service I was not surprised to have Kaltire come to my rescue. While admitting my weakness, it is enough to say that waking up to a flat tire was a nightmare. In less than half a blink they had help at my doorstep which was not their job enough to get me to the shop, and in another half an hour I was back on the road with a smile and even some popcorn.

Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
