Somi was born in Canada and raised by her mother and father in South Korea with her younger sister Evelyn Douma. Her unique voice has always been number one in her personal and professional skills as she competed in several talent competitions from an early age. Jeon Somi was born in Ontario, Canada, but relocated with her parents to South Korea when she was one year old.
