Deku had unlocked all but two of the Quirks in One for All prior to episode 20 hisense customer care season 6, leaving only the Second and Third User's Quirks unknown. However, these two did not seem to approve of Deku, and when he spoke to One for All's previous users in My Hero Academiathey faced away from him and said nothing. What they seem to have had a izuku midoriya full power with is Deku's desire to "save" Tomura Shigaraki, izuku midoriya full power, which they saw as foolish naivety. The First User managed to get them to change their tune, though, by reminding the pair that they once showed the same mercy to him.
As Izuku had learned following the fight against Tomura Shigaraki, he has an unfortunate burden on him with One For All. Not only is he supposed to keep the power away from All For One, but he is now tasked with being the final user of its power. Making matters even more dangerous is the fact that it's the strongest version of One For All yet as both Izuku and the past vestiges are working together to fully understand it. The newest chapter takes this one step further to show how he can actually use this in such a way that he can fake a full mastery of One For All through some clever usages. It's going to be necessary to quickly close the gap that his body can't physically keep up with for now. Chapter of the series continues Izuku's fight against Lady Nagant, and after previously using his newest quirk from the third user, Fa Jin, for the first time successfully, he's already working it into his repertoire and balancing it together with the quirks he's already become accustomed to. Adjusting to the the quirks he can use in this tandem on the fly, he then blends a physical attack into this speed for a "Faux" version of a fully One For All powered Manchester Smash that lands a very clean hit on Lady Nagant.

During the final battle against Overhaul , Izuku unknowingly went over his personal limit because Eri 's Quirk undid the damage to his body before he ever felt any pain. This allowed Izuku to get a feel for how quickly his body gets rewound by Eri. Using Eri's power to negate the backlash from overusing One For All, Izuku can draw out the maximum power his Quirk has to offer. He was able to launch Overhaul's massive form into the sky with a single kick before beating him down with continuous punches that prevented the villain from healing himself. In this form, Izuku's hair stands up, gaining a spiky appearance, while glowing a brighter shade of green than normal, and yellow blue in the anime energy flows from his eyes with his electricity becoming blue instead of the usual green. His skin also adopts a reddish hue. In both the movies and the manga, his pupils and irises become distorted. When Katsuki Bakugo temporarily received One For All, he gained the same level of physically altered feats as Izuku, albeit with a few differences: his hair became spikier, while glowing a brighter shade of yellow, and the emitted electricity was orange. Using this technique along with Izuku, he was able to defeat Nine in his powered-up state, who ended up being completely incapacitated after the fight. This technique was able to overload Flect's seemingly unstoppable Reflect Quirk. When Izuku first used this technique, the major drawback was that Eri was still unable to control her Rewind Quirk, and therefore, her ability to maintain Izuku's form became unstable. It is likely Izuku could have been killed had it not been for the intervention of Eraser Head. Their bodies were not blown apart; however, they still received major damage to their arms and legs during the battle. This resistance to the blowback may have been due to their exposure to Katsuma Shimano 's Cell Activation Quirk, which was stated to boost the body's physical condition.
Farewell, All For One!! The First User managed to get them to change their tune, though, by reminding the pair that they once showed the same mercy to him.
After the disaster that was Blackwhip's first manifestation, Deku began special training to ensure he'd never be caught off guard in similar fashion, and to use his new abilities to their full potential. At long last, in Chapter of My Hero Academia , he finally shows the fruits of his training and wields One For All in its full, terrifying might. Even after he learned its secret, he was wont to hurting himself by using more of the Quirk's power than his body could handle. This phenomenon repeated itself when Deku started unlocking other Quirks; activating them was a tedious process, and he had to be extremely careful in their use. Interning with Endeavor accelerated the process of mastering One For All, as the Flame Hero introduced him to the concept of parallel processes. To help Deku understand how complex controlling multiple Quirks was, Endeavor used an analogy of how driving is mastered.
Midoriya's power, One For All, is incredibly unstable. The quirk, passed down from hero to hero, grants whoever wields it strength beyond imagination. With it, All Might became the symbol of peace and the number one hero in the world. However, Deku, being a fairly frail boy at the start of the series, couldn't harness all his strength without breaking his body. He therefore resolved to learn how to control his strength, only unleashing small chunks of it per fight. That is until Episode 76 of the anime, where Midoriya figured out a way to break through the limits of his own power and, in the process, break the laws of time itself. Returning to the early episodes of My Hero Academia serve as a reminder as to how far Deku has come as a hero. It took until midway through the second season before Deku could manage to control his quirk without breaking his body, thanks to Gran Torino's training. By the time Deku stormed Overhaul's base, Deku could control his quirk well enough to deliver blow after blow. Each strike was weaker than his old ones but his skill made him a greater threat, allowing him to strike again and again without breaking in the process.

Season 5 of My Hero Academia has been a long series of all-out brawls between our usual protagonists in U. Meant as a practical training exercise, this Joint Combat Training has been a chance to see plenty of new Quirks in action for the first time, as well as for us to see new developments from all of our favorites. Between things like the fruits of Ida's Quirk training and Bakugo's newfound maturity, it's been interesting to see the ways the heroes in training have grown. No one was prepared, though, for the biggest surprise of all: in the final round of training, Izuku Midoriya seems to have accessed a new power entirely. Midoriya began the series by inheriting the powerful Quirk One for All from All Might, and he has been training to get it under control ever since.
