Following an eastbound bridge joint failure in the spring, a contraflow is now in operation on Ouse Bridge. We are continuing to use hydro demolition to remove damaged concrete and prepare for the new joints in the hard shoulder and lane 1. As work has progressed we have been able to develop the programme and will be replacing all 8 joints on the bridge as part of this scheme.
