Our automated parcel Lockers are a quick, easy and convenient way to send, collect and return parcels. Our largest Locker measures 62cm x 57cm x 39cm. If your parcel is too big for a Locker, take it to a ParcelShop, where the size limits are larger. The only exceptions are if a signature is required or if a retailer requires us to deliver it to your address. At the terminal, scan the barcode on your shipping label or manually enter the digit number. A door will automatically open. Drop off by 12pm for same-day collection.

These capabilities allow for customers to skip the retail line and pick up their packages directly from a Smart Locker. You can retrieve your package after you receive the first email with a six-digit access code or a QR code. The package is kept in the locker for 5 calendar days; you will be sent 2 reminder emails during that time. After 5 days, you will receive a final email that the code has expired and the package has been removed from the locker and must be picked up at the Post Office retail window. You have 5 calendar days to pick up your package from a locker or to have someone else do so on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QR Code. While sharing the email containing the code and instructions is permitted, make sure to think about your safety and privacy, and only share it with people that you trust. If the package is not picked up by the end of the 5th calendar day, the item will be removed from the locker and taken to the Post Office retail window. You will receive an email notification stating that the package must be picked up at the retail window and you will need to provide an acceptable form of identification.
