In addition to his role at Right Research, Dr. Prior to his career in education, Dr. Shaw practiced architecture, which attributes to his STEM background, project management skills, and planning expertise. Shaw holds a Ph. Ballenger is a STEM education specialist, scientist, researcher, program developer, and strategist with extensive experience in curriculum design, teacher development, assessment and evaluation, program development, and strategic planning.
