I am also a two-time national ballroom champion which I have also had the privilege of representing Australia. I have always been interested in the fitness industry and I believe being active makes you feel not only physically better but also mentally better which is important. I use to play club volleyball which was both fun and something to keep me fit, on top of volleyball I also loved going to the gym. When I became a Personal trainer, I was blessed with the opportunity to connect with clients from a variety of walks of life who are committed to their journey with health and fitness.
