Double-chambered right ventricle is a rare cardiac anomaly in adulthood. A year-old female patient was admitted to our hospital for complaints of dyspnea and chest pain. She was diagnosed as having a double-chambered right ventricle and atrial septal defect. Proximal right ventricular chamber pressure was mmHg, while pressures in the pulmonary artery and the distal right ventricular chamber were 22 mmHg. A right atriotomy and longitudinal right ventricular outflow tract incision were performed and her patent foramen ovale was closed.
