In our area, we only have a standard Hyundai dealership and in fact, do not think there is a stand alone Genesis dealership anywhere in British Columbia. So when purchasing a Genesis we have to deal through a Hyundai dealership and then have them handle all after sales service activities. What is the satisfaction level of after sales support in this forum of those who have purchased their GV80 through a normal Hyundai dealership?

I currently have about 9, km and about 4. So, what is necessary to maintain warranty coverage? What is "advisable" to maintain peak operation? In my mind "inspections" means basically doing nothing. Also, what's the collective wisdom of having the servicing done at an independent mechanic vs going to the Hyundai dealership?

On the last page, the survey asks if dealership personnel "coached" me on how to complete the survey. I feel as though someone is being dishonest here, and I don't want to play along. Any advice? Sort by Oldest first Oldest first Newest first Most reactions. Giving them all 10's when asked to will definitely not help you or other customers having a better service at this dealership.

This seems quite a lot of money for a car with a 5 year warranty anyway but wondered if anyone has had experience of these plans and found them to be good or bad value?
