I'm really appalled that there's no simple way to find and install HP Utility. I have searched high and low. It only offers an option to update my scanner, so I did that. I need to clean the print heads and there IS NO "utility" in the print dialogue box. The URL help and downloads info is obtuse, opaque, and incomplete.
