How was steven universe born
As you probably know all gems in Steven Universe are genderless, but how did Rose Quartz succeeded to get pregnant with Steven? How did Greg have sex with Rose and how did baby Steven got out of her? Did Rose just transform into Steven or was it something else?
Okay so I have a few questions: 1 how was Steven born? Did rose give birth to him naturally and then give up her physical form? Or did she retreat to her gem and Steven appeared in a poof. It's kinda been implied that rose didn't need to do this for Steven. He could've been born fully human. Wouldn't this complicate things more because: Steven is the first of his kind; the gems have no idea how the heck to lead without rose around; and there is no telling what could happen. Plus she did kinda seem like she wanted him to be a human you're gonna be something extraordinary, a human being.
