Rascal as Sky Q has been out for over 7 years there is probably no chance of Sky adding prgramme reminders to Sky Q. That's incorrect Rascal it has never been on Sky Q. It was never part of Sky Q and given how long Q has been out no amount of shouting in your 1st post will get it added.
