Ideally located for my requirements - midway between Albany and Auckland and very close to Takapuna. A good selection of restaurants and bars in the complex. The staff is always extremely helpful when I need things done - printing documents, changing length of stay, etc, etc. Love the hotel, very comfortable bed though the pillow is a bit too soft that gave me stiff neck, but it's just personal preference. Very clean, and great location with good variety of food.

We stayed 6 nights at Albany Quest, right after we stayed in a 5 stars hotel in Auckland city and frankly, the room condition of Quest can match 5 stars hotel.
