Hot rod grand marquis
I'm wanting to know if the community has pics of hot rod vics? It has the all American formula. Front engine, rear wheel drive V8.
In my childhood soccer-playing days, I can remember the field parking lots being filled with minivans, and Panthers. In the mid-nineties, Ford was selling a quarter of a million units per annum of the Crown Vic. Taxi drivers love them, and whenever you see the outline of one at the side of the road, you instinctively hit the brakes and hope for the best. Time to change that! The Panther cars are fundamentally polarizing.

After all, late-model cars for the sake of this discussion, anything newer than can be easily paired off into a good and bad category. Pretty much every muscle and pony car makes the grade, along with pickup trucks and certain other cars. Sure, everybody wants an ex-cop car, the Marauder was a looker and Grandpa still loves his Lincoln, but what about the basic Grand Marquis? This car is twenty years on, has been slightly lowered in the front, is sitting on Cragars, and has a paint-matched Marauder spoiler. All you would need to do is give the horsepower lump of a 4. Keep everything underhood and quiet, and you could sucker people all day long. What do you thinkā¦do you see a trend of people going after Dodge Rams? Hint: there is. What do you think will become cheap hot-rodding fodder in the years to come? As far as late models that can keep their engine, last gen F-Bodies are a hot ticket, Cummins powered Dodges will always kick ass, and the long money is on stripper 2wd Cummins V8 powered Nissan Titans. Full size V8 short bed pickups will be my guess. As someone who owns both a Grand Marquis with bullit wheels and a marauder style spoiler and a Dodge Ram, I approve of this article haha.
So I been going to hotrod shows for a while. Time to change that!

The Mercury Grand Marquis was the very first of its lineage. Its dynasty endured for four generations. The rear-wheel-drive 4-door sedan was built by Ford and obviously intended as the Ford Europe answer to the Lincoln Continental. The Mercury Grand Marquis is even rarer to come by. If you are in the market for the '75 Mercury Grand Marquis, it would take the better part of a year to find one worth buying. What you might find interesting about this noble Ford marquee is that it was an entry-level luxury vehicle. Talk about entering with a bang.

The Mercury Grand Marquis is an automobile that was sold by Mercury from to Introduced as the flagship sub-model of the Mercury Marquis , the Grand Marquis became a stand-alone model line for , serving as the largest Mercury sedan. Subsequently, the model line would serve as the sedan counterpart of the Mercury Colony Park station wagon; it would later serve as the basis of the revived Mercury Marauder. For over three decades, the two model lines were functionally identical, with two of the three generations of the model line sharing a common roofline.

But if it was just something you were considering to be different or because you already have the 3. Hot Rod Merc?? Sadly yes. You have a Marquis too? Sure why not. Due to the huge numbers of these cars sold, parts are cheap and plentiful.

Full size V8 short bed pickups will be my guess. AJ gets a pass because he only gets to do it once a day. My ideal hot rod panther is the one I have slowly been gathering parts for. Children please, stop bickering as your making yourselves look bad. Though that is complemented with a admitting when I am wrong. How about this weekend? Edit: Here, I did the work for you. Kinda brings a tear to your eye, don't it. Originally Posted By: Bondfreak Skip carousel. That's the joke, thank you for completely not understanding it bro-ski.
