This past weekend a fellow rider let me drive one of his Honda Talon X 's over miles in the mountains of WV. As I could not take my XP1K because it's shocks were sent out for a rebuild.

This seems like a pitch to sell Hondas, not a comparison. Were trying to promote Yamaha's over here. Cause the Talon is a sweet machine and I am trying not to look! This is not fair! So Go Away please lol. I think the the sharing of information is a wonderful thing, even from forum to forum. It was posted in the proper place where interest and discussion has already taken place about the Talon.

Other words, if you mount a set of aftermarket wheels with the same offsets on all four, the front will be wider than the rear by 4" giving it a very strange stance of that similar to a Bulldog sitting down. Those are things I worry about with other brands. The seats are fairly comfortable. I thought I liked the x3s also, but the more I looked into them, I'm not so sure.
