I checked my oil level and it's fine, and it's also clean as the dealership I purchased the car from a couple of weeks ago changed it. The car runs and drives good, no stalling or jerking or shaking of any kind, even when it's idling. Should I clear the code and see if it comes back?

So honda checked code and replaced VTEC valve switch assymbly. Then code came back up on HDS test for them witch ended up being a valve that was sticking and a strainer replacement. There are threads on valve adjustment, including this one , though I don't know whether that applies to your situation. I'd start by checking the valves. Its way overdue, and they are likely to need some adjustment, even if it doesn't solve your CEL issue.
