For Dazai to even accept getting therapy in the first place would be a huuuuge improvement in my opinion. For the therapy to work, it would also require Dazai to take a hard, honest look into the most undesirable parts of his mind and his life, AND show it to someone else.

Hisoka and Illumi were both introduced in the manga's very first story arc, the Hunter Exam. They are two veteran Nen users and ruthless killers, who enter the exam each to pursue their own motifs. Hisoka wanted a Hunter license to obtain impunity and thus freely pursue his dangerous pleasures, while Illumi needed a license to perform his next assassination contract. During the exam, it is revealed that the two have known each other for a while, and they are often seen cooperating later on in the series. Due to their morbid but fascinating personalities and outlook, both Hisoka and Illumi became very popular among Hunter x Hunter fans, generating a huge amount of fanfiction and fanart.
