Tamil Thalaivas ' clash against Bengal Warriors in match of Season 10 is the record-holder for the highest-scoring Pro Kabaddi League match in league history.

Tamil Thalaivas hold the record for registering the highest team score in Pro Kabaddi League history. With both sides out of the playoffs reckoning at the stage, the Thalaivas decided to go all out and put the Warriors to the sword by registering a victory - the highest team score in a PKL match. Narender and Vishal Chahal proved to be too much to contain for the Warriors as the Thalaivas' raiding duo combined for a whopping 35 raid points themselves. Their effort is the first and only time a PKL team has broken the point margin in a match. Previously, Patna Pirates held the record for registering the highest team score in Pro Kabaddi and they had done so twice.

Raiders Narender and Vishal Chahal were the star performers with 17 and 18 raid points respectively as the Thalaivas recorded the most points in a single Pro Kabaddi League match. The Thalaivas effected another all out in the opening minutes of the second half as well and extended their lead further. Amirhossein Bastami tackled Nitin Kumar as the Warriors were reduced to just two members on the mat. The format of the competition was influenced by IPL. There were doubts over whether the Pro Kabaddi League would be successful, noting that many leagues were attempting to emulate the IPL's business model and success and that, unlike cricket, there were relatively fewer well-known players in Kabaddi. However, it was also noted that kabaddi was widely played in grassroots community settings, and could thus attract a wide variety of rural and metropolitan viewers for advertisers to target if the league gained significant attraction.
