Stuff like Nekros and Nezha benefit from health conversion because they make a lot of orbs. Thus they almost always have the armor buff and can be really tanky. Energy conversion is best on frames that can use "blow em up" style buttons or channel builds. I personally use one on my maim equinox and my avalanche frost. Great for room clearers. Sorry, not that helpful i suppose And Energy Conversion is useless until you can find some way of consistently getting Energy Orbs I suppose you could use The broken Sceptor but meh
