According to estate agent Thornley Groves, the Edwardian mansion on Rappax Road comes with another two bedroom, two bathroom 'Hideaway Cottage', plus a three bedroom, three bathroom 'Pool House'. Its advert reads: "Halliwell House is one of the region's most impressive and iconic residences, standing in an elevated position amidst private and mature grounds. Halliwell House is more than square feet, and it includes a basement, an entrance hall, a kitchen, an office, several reception rooms and a terrace as well as its bedrooms and bathrooms. While 'Hideaway Cottage' is modest at more than square feet, and is rented out as a holiday home at the moment. The 'Pool House' is more than square feet and boasts a cinema in its basement as its most attractive addition. But despite the name, it appears there is no pool. The advert concludes: "This is a unique residence that balances the charm and character of an Edwardian property with those contemporary improvements that every home needs to meet the demands of modern family life.
