This was our first time trying Hot Pot so we were super excited to try it in their O2 branch. They have another branch in Piccadilly. It was split into leather seated high-tech booths, each with their own Hot Pot heater and enough space to house about people. We were welcomed by a waiter who took us to our seats and in the next few minutes experienced the best service we have ever received in a restaurant.
