It is a fine film, full of strength and tenderness, played with great subtlety and wit by an entirely superb cast. He's white and he wants to marry his daughter. After wondering why a man intending to get married would quit his job, Percy realizes that Simon quit his job due to his boss' disapproval of interracial relationships.
