I bought a fully legit, physical copy of GTA4 years ago, complete with serial number and everything. I never ended up installing it because my computer couldn't run the game with it's integrated graphics. Now its many years later and I have a very powerful machine and I found this game kicking around in my closet. So I installed it and everything went great, until it was time to activate. I don't know if it's really "activation" , they call it activation at one point but they just call it a release date check at another point.

Usually you can just right-click on the game in your library and you get the option to "View product activation key", but for some reason its not showing up for me. Ys X: Nordics removed from Steam. The correct solution so far, is to uninstall any other installations on other computers, so they un-register licences for the game.
