Gremory is the 56th demonic spirit of the Ars Goetia that was summoned by King Solomon and rules as an Archduke of Hell. Gremory is a strong and great Duke of Hell that governs twenty-six legions of demons. She tells all things past, present and future, about hidden treasures, and procures the love of women, young and old, but especially maidens. As with the rest of her kind, Gremory is born genderless but would usually take the form of a female. She was raised by the Great King Paimon and has sworn absolute loyalty to him. Even as a demon, she was sometimes treated as the goddess of the moon. Once summoned by the dark magician Gebel , this demon oversees one portion of the castle he created. As with all Goetial demons, Gremory is described in masculine terms but is depicted as appearing in the form of a beautiful woman with the crown of a duchess tied around her waist, and riding a camel. While one of the nicer members of the Ars Goetia , Gremory is still able to wicked and cunning. Even though she has a slight distasteful relationship with humans , she also has a fondness toward children which has caused her to hold from slaughtering entire human settlements many times. Even if she doesn't compare to some demon kings and overlords, she is still a powerful force not be mess with. Gremory is one of Asmodeus' top operatives, known for her brutality and sadism. As a demon, she represents the deadly sin of Lust and Greed.

A Gremory as it appears in Three Houses. An expert in all forms of magic, the Gremory casts asunder any enemies with high physical defense. It is a female-exclusive infantry class, and a master of all kinds of magic. Gremories are defined by their exceptional magical power and resistance , high charm , and their ability to use any kind of magic well, as they are gifted with twice as many uses for all of their spells. Zeoticus Gremory is the current Head of the Gremory Clan. Zeoticus has the appearance of a middle-aged, handsome looking man with long crimson hair that is tied in a loose ponytail with a black hairband. He has bright blue eyes just like his two children, Sirzechs and Rias Gremory. He also has a short, red beard with protrusions similar to fangs or horns. Coming from the Gremory Clan that has extraordinary affection, Zeoticus has demonstrated an extremely kind disposition. He is similar to his son Sirzechs in that he is laid back and has a playful side, as he likes dressing up as his clan's mascot "Gomorin" and playing the part. Also like Sirzechs, his antics get him into trouble with his wife Venelana and he becomes frightened when she catches him in the act of fooling around. Little is known of Zeoticus's past, except that he married Venelana Bael and eventually fathered two children: Sirzechs and Rias. When Sirzechs became the Satan, "Lucifer" and lost his right to become the Head of the Gremory Clan, Zeoticus made an arrangement with the Phenex Clan for his daughter to marry Riser Phenex at some point before the series. At some point, he honed his cooking skills in the human world.
