These are not just any old Spotswood food trucks! Each vendor has fitted out their own repurposed grazeland photos container to suit their needs. Each Friday, grazeland photos, Saturday and Sunday Grazeland hosts 50 permanent food, drink and artisan goods vendors over the site.

From late spring to early autumn you can pretty much mail in your forecast -- "night and morning clouds, receding to the ocean by midday. Easy peasy. Every year we drive through the Gorge in hopes of finding good color and this year looks to be great. A nice band of light broke thru the clouds to light up a slice of this beautiful buffalo grazeland. I immensely enjoyed the Bison in the Lamar Valley.

The mammoth space stretches over 10, square metres think half of the MCG , and is at the former site of a decommissioned OCI bottling plant. Grazeland is a bit like a food market or festival — but its odd food vendors are permanent. The stalls are housed in repurposed shipping containers, designed and customised by each business.
