The Glendale Custom is a lowrider variant of the Glendale , where it brings only minor changes by default. The vehicle retains its original design from the standard model, retaining the front and rear fascias and all of the chrome details. However, the car has received only minor changes, where the interior was slightly altered with newer foot pedals and different rear seats no longer featuring the small headrests from the normal Glendale. Its underside is fitted with a paintable frame and has a visible driveshaft, the same exhaust setup albeit rearranged to make way through the underside components , and visible hydraulic bars connected to the suspension. Unlike the normal Glendale or the Bruiser , the Glendale Custom's lower lamps work as high-beam lamps and have a slight white light cast, rather than the yellowish one from the normal Glendale and many older cars.

Along with the Broadway , Hustler , Savanna , Tornado , and the Voodoo , the Glendale in GTA San Andreas does not appear to have fuel caps but will explode if shot on the back vehicle registration plate, perhaps indicating that the car's fuel cap is behind the number plate like some cars in real-life. The bonnet, greenhouse area, rear fascia, and taillights are based on the BMW E3. Overall, the vehicle is comparable to the 3D Universe 's Admiral which is based on a W The front end of the car denotes classic styling, featuring a chrome bumper and grille, the latter bearing the manufacturer badge.
