There is no charge for cancelling reservations because the Cable Car is closed due to weather conditions or for operational reasons. Just not enough places to buy drinks at the top of the rock. Everyone's happy, no one's hurt. The pi cookie is used by Bombora for audience targeting and advertising. Second lady was kind and helpful. Lovely experience. Only disappointment is that getting into the cable car going down the operator gave priority to excursion guests even though we were first in the queue and had paid for our tickets too. From there we walked down, it took about 3 hours but we saw the sky bridge, cave, suspension bridge, apes den, siege tunnels very interesting , and the castle. It was great. The apes were very active and got some great pictures and videos.

Skywalk is fantastic, St Michael's Cave was a pleasant surprise and also other attractions are worth to see. Mind you we were there early. Just not enough places to buy drinks at the top of the rock. Bought cable car and nature reserve tickets online, everything printed off fine at the cable car ticket window with a quick scan of the email, and a spectacular experience to follow. It was a fantastic cable car ride up, quick and easy queline system before You enter the car. Everything was great and the personal at the cable car carriage was really kind, helpful and friendly. The taxis tours were driving in high speed and not respecting the tourist that were walking. Min point: there was a long line.
