This story is also the first introduction of the Cosmic Ghost Rider, a version of Frank Castle who went from the Punisher to a Ghost Rider to a Herald of Galactus, to finally a deranged and broken Cosmic Spirit of Vengeance who sits by Thanos' throne and does his bidding.
