You do realise that you can get your Ghosts to sync Shot all the idiots in the radio station before breaching the door and casually hacking the terminal.

If you need to take on a convoy for resources to get skills or upgrade your weapons, just fly or drive about 1km ahead of them, use your drone and rebel spotting to get them tagged and have the AI guys sync shot the drivers and helicopter pilot, then call a rebel distraction where they stop and let them finish the rest off for you.
