Not being a snob, just stating a fact. There was lots of communication from Jim which was very nice to see. Workmanship is excellent my auto was repaired in just a few days. Very happy. Brittany continued to keep me informed on everything that was happening with my vehicle. She is very friendly, helpful, and understanding. From start to finish, they were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable.

I do appreciate the text updates so we were aware of where we were at in the process. Thank you. The repair itself looks great and is so well done. However, the inside of my vehicle just stinks. It smells like the inside of a garage and I just can't get the smell to go away.
